To make sure our students never get bored with Cardio Karate, we make sure our
classes are different in theme and never the same old routine.
1. Our instructors receive new routines and ideas each month from the National
Association of Professional Martial Artists (NAPMA) who developed Cardio
Karate.
2. With the wide variety of punches, kicks, knees elbows, calisthenics and
stretching exercises, you’ll never get bored doing the same routines over and
over.
3. We offer different versions of the Cardio Karate program. Cardio kicking,
Bag class, Power Strike, Technique class and others to vary your experience.
Though you’re in class for yourself, you’re not by yourself. Our instructors
will provide you with the most effective, safe, and personal instruction
available. You’ll receive individual help as you master the basics and on-going
guidance from our instructors as your skill level increases. We also understand
that our clients are not training for a real kickboxing match. Most just want
to have fun and get in the best shape of their lives. That’s why we make safety
a high priority. As members of NAPMA and MAIA we use the latest, most
progressive teaching methods available.
